What is the time frame for sign installations and retrievals?
If an order is placed by 5:00pm, It will be completed the next business day.
Can i place a sign request over the phone?
For inventory purposes, all installations, removals and repairs need to be made through the Up Sign Down App or Desktop portal. The app can be accessed through the app store and the website is UpSignDown.com. For immediate assistance, please email InTheGroundSigns@Gmail.com
Do you offer installations or retrievals on the weekends?
YES! We are open for business on Saturdays.
How will I know when my sign has been installed?
In the Ground Sign Installation will send you an electronic confirmation of installation with a photo.
What if there is another Broker's sign in the yard?
In the Ground Sign Installation will not remove another Broker's sign. We will contact you for further instructions.
How will you know where to place the sign?
Although we know how busy REALTORS are and we respect their time, if you would like specific yard placement, we request a flag be placed in the exact spot the sign should be installed.
My listing is in a gated community, will you still install?
Yes, however, it is the agent's responsibility to check with HOA's in regards to sign restrictions and placement in gated communities.
After installation, my sign was damaged.
Unfortunately we can not be responsible for your sign once it has been installed and we have sent confirmation. However, a trip charge of $25 will ensure an additional installation.
Will you store my signs?
Yes, we will store your signs for a monthly minimal storage fee.
I have a listing in another county, how far will you go?
We will travel 30 miles from your prospective office.
